Don't Get Bogged Down

I have a hard time focusing on ONE specific thing in my life.
Right now, I'm trying to become a healthier person by exercising three times a week, and focusing on healither options. I also want a new doctor, need to find a dentist, and I'd like to find a dermatologist for my psoriasis.
I'd love to be engaged and people CONSTANTLY ask me if I've got a ring yet, I'd like to buy a house, I'd like to travel and do some road trips and camping trips.
I'd like to become a more positive person, so I'm constantly telling myself to be happier at work, spread positivity, don't let the little things bother me, and don't stress over things I can't control.
There's loads more things that are a constant battle in my mind and I find I over stimulate my brain with all these thoughts that my body and mind just can't handle any of the things I want to accomplish so I get nothing done. Does this happen to you too?

We need to focus on one thing at a time. If you can multi-task a few things well that's good for you then! I'm not one of those people. I need to start setting out small tasks that maybe I can combine so I can finally feel accomplished and start moving foward. I'm not the kind of person to just "settle", I'm constantly looking for ways to push myself and become a better human.
In the month of April, as this snow melts (it's still winter in Saskatchewan), I hope to melt off some of this mental fat and physical fat and continue to become better for myself and the others around me. First I gotta finish all this Easter Candy....then I'll HOP back to it....see what I did there....hop....like a bunny....Easter Bunny!
I'll understand if you never come back to my blog again.
