My body tells me no.....

Working out.
It's hard.
It's not something I enjoy.
It causes me pain.

To those people who say things like "I love it" or "working out at the gym is my fav place #inheaven" OR "working out is so relaxing"......good for you, when do I get some of that positivity?
Right now working out, makes my body ache in places I never thought were possible, it makes me feel stupid because I have no idea if I'm doing the exercises right, and after I do it I just want to eat a giant burger.
When does it get better? Athletic/fit friends of mine PLEASE TELL ME THE SECRET TO WORKING OUT!! When do I start to enjoy it?!!?!?
In the last year and a half I have started working out and then a vacation has happened OR I got sick OR a long weekend happened....many excuses have stopped me from working out. Then I hear that nagging voice telling me to do some crunches and I start again. WELL I started again....literally two days in and I'm like "where's my flat stomach at? I've done probably 1 million crunches by now?!"
Yes I realize you don't lose weight and see progress 2 days in but I need a little somethin' somethin' to keep me motivated.
Maybe a class? Maybe a friend who's addicted to that health LYFE? I'm open to suggestions and trying new things.
I used to play a lot of sports back in the day. Soccer (hated it so so much), Basketball (because I'm tall I was always the post position), Volleyball (your hands swell....but it's fun), and of course baseball (fastball, softball, 3 pitch ALL THE BASEBALLS). But I find as an adult it's really hard to get on a team, and adults are competitive as F****! Even beer league's!
I guess I just need to find something I enjoy doing that just happens to make me look like Scarlett Johansson by the end of it. EASY. I'm going to keep pushing myself but a little encouragement from friends and family wouldn't hurt....hint hint.
